Refunds

When a Pro payment is refunded, and the limits that crypto puts on that.
The plain version
If Pro does not work for you and the fault is on our side, write within 14 days of payment and we will refund. If you bought the wrong plan by mistake and have not used it, write and we will sort it out.
What we cannot refund
- a plan you used through its period and then no longer want
- a source that stopped working because the platform changed how it serves media — we will say so honestly, but that is outside our control
- material you were not allowed to save in the first place
The 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, a digital purchase normally carries a 14-day right to withdraw without giving a reason. Pro is delivered the instant your payment confirms, so at checkout we ask you to confirm two things: that you want it delivered immediately, and that you understand this ends the withdrawal right once delivery has happened. That confirmation is the law's own mechanism, not a trick — without it we would have to make you wait 14 days for a day pass.
If you were not asked to confirm, or the confirmation was unclear, the right stands and we will refund on request within 14 days of purchase.
How crypto changes things
Payments arrive in USDT and refunds go back in USDT, on the same network you paid on, to a wallet address you give us. The amount refunded is the amount received, less the network fee, which is paid to the blockchain and not to us.
Blockchain transfers are final: we cannot reverse a payment the way a card chargeback works, and we cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address. This is why the day pass is priced at $1.90 — trying the service should cost less than the effort of a dispute.
How to ask
Write to [email protected] with your licence key and what went wrong. The key is enough to find the payment; we do not need anything else.
