Terms of Use

The rules for using VidKeep. Short version: it is a tool, you are responsible for what you save with it.
What VidKeep is
VidKeep is a browser-based tool that reads a public media link you provide and hands you the file the source already serves. There is no account and no software to install.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or any other platform. Their names are used only to say which links the tool can read.
What you may save
VidKeep does not decide what you are allowed to keep, and using it grants you no rights to anyone else's work. Use it for material you have the right to keep:
- your own uploads and recordings
- footage you were hired to produce, or that a client gave you
- public-domain material and content under a licence that permits saving
- anything you have explicit permission for
Do not use VidKeep to copy or redistribute films, television, music or other material you do not own the rights to. That responsibility is yours, not ours. Accounts and licence keys used for repeated, obvious infringement are blocked without refund.
Free and Pro
The free tier serves qualities up to 720p. Pro raises that to the highest quality the source offers and adds batch queueing and priority processing. Pro is unlocked by a licence key, not an account.
Prices, current at the time of writing: day pass $1.90, month $5.90, year $29, lifetime $49. Payment is in USDT only (TRC20, BEP20 or TON networks). We do not take cards and we never see your wallet credentials.
Availability
The service is provided as is. Sources change how they serve media, and a link that worked yesterday may stop working. We fix what we can, but we do not promise that any particular link, quality or platform keeps working, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, VidKeep is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including loss of data or of the files you download. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Acceptable use
Do not use VidKeep to:
- copy or redistribute material you have no right to
- circumvent paywalls, DRM or other technical protection measures
- automate bulk requests beyond the batch limits of your plan, or resell access
- attack, overload or probe the service
A licence key used this way is revoked without refund. We do not have accounts to ban, so the key is the only thing we can act on.
Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a digital purchase. Because Pro unlocks the moment payment confirms, we ask you to confirm at checkout that you want it delivered immediately and that you therefore lose that right once it is delivered. If you do not confirm, we cannot deliver instantly. Details and the crypto specifics are on the Refunds page.
Who provides the service
VidKeep is operated by an individual, not a company. For anything legal, contractual or formal, write to [email protected]; a postal address is provided on request to consumers and to authorities. See the Legal notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the operator's country of residence, and disputes belong to its courts — except that if you are a consumer, nothing here removes the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, or your right to bring a claim there.
Changes
These terms may change as the service changes. The date at the top shows the current version. Questions: [email protected].
